Old mate Harold is presumed to have drowned BUT it is clear to me by the light of Evans that he was kidnapped by Sea People renegades. Through the wisdom given to me by Evans it would seem that the hooligans thought good ol' Harold was some sort of Evanist and kidnapped him, therefore preventing Evans from taking control of earth again.
