World without rules won't be as fun as some might think. Right?

Rules:

Rules related to your entry
1. Steam Profile must be public.
1.1. Steam library must have 200 games or more.
1.2. Steam level must be 30 or higher.
1.3. SteamGifts level must be 3 or higher.

Rules related to new members
2. New members need to make a GA and WAIT after their initial giveaway has finished (Marked as received). Then you are allowed to join group giveaways!
2.1 New members have 7 days to create their first GA.

Rules related to your permanency
3. Minimum SG value difference is -$99.
3.1. -$100. => Instakick. (Required value difference may change in the future. Stay tuned for rule changes).

Rules related to GAs
4. Only POSITIVE or above games are allowed (in all reviews) (Mostly Positive not allowed).
4.1. NO Games Under 5P.
4.1.1. DLCs are allowed for games allowed here. (DLC's don't have 5P, limit)
4.3. No games with region restrictions (NO CIS, other exceptions may be requested).
4.4. Overpriced games are prohibited (HEDE and others).
4.5. All GAs must start "now".
4.6. All GAs must be 48h - 30 days.

5. All GAs must be EXCLUSIVE for this group
5.1. Including whitelist is NOT allowed.
5.2. Including another group is NOT allowed.

Rules related to well-being
7. Maintain a good environment for everyone.
7.1. DO NOT BlackList Owner or Admins <= Kick
7.2. No sensitive discussions, no politicals, no war opinions.
7.3. No intolerances! No racism, homophobia, or religion.

8. If you identify a violation of the rules, please notify the author on the GA page itself and share it in "Reports" so that is recorded.
8.1. If you accidentally break any rules, just remove your comment / GA as soon as you notice the flaw.
8.2. If you get reported, don't worry. The owner won't slap you. Just be careful not to make the same mistakes again.

9. Generally: Be nice to each other!!

Everyone makes mistakes. This field will not punish accidental failures, but prevent malicious actions.

You don't need to comment "thank you" in GAs unless you won.
Avoid blacklist other members unless you consider it really necessary
Allow GA author to delete GA, if key doesn't work.
