Idea behind it

This is not a clan , as in the nature of the game .
The idea behind the squad is to support each player to take on all the roles and take on the true nature of teamwork , each squad member swapping roles and in doing so backing each other up through the learning curve that will be needed ....making a tuff and adaptable squad.
Bringing this ethos into the game , enhancing the quality of gameplay.
Does'nt matter if your in a clan...or not ....your clan mate's not around and wanna try something out.....you'll find quality player's with which to do so.
Dont want the clan thing....you can link up with quaulity player's.
