Ok, LA is up... It turned out to be a Cpanel error. The system created a process that kept duplicating itself over and over and over and over again. Only stopping when our memory and swap space was 100% full... This made for pure chaos and at least a dozen reboots.

Also they are hiring me to LGS !

In return we're getting our server for free.
