This allows for collaterals and wallbangs. It also puts everyone on a level playing field.

Perk 3: Steady aim (no scopes) or commando pro for jump resistance (a whole lot of jump shots),

THERE IS NO KNIFING.

IF RULES AREN'T OBEYED, THE SERVER IS SHUT DOWN INSTANTLY.

Health is on half (not miniscule), this allows for higher jumps without dying, but at the same time, NO HITMARKERS.

Quick scopes and no scopes only, no hardscoping! For final kills always attempt something outrageous.
