This is more with the running and maintainence of the servers, decision making and such
(so mostly Osci, Ryan, Shin, Lor, and myself)


As most of you guys know there's been some tension among the senior admins about the future of the servers, decisions that are being made, and tweaks that are being done.

After talking with everybody, what a mess....It's silly, everybody wants the same thing and are all friendly and great people, and yet there is so much miscommunication or lack of entirely. I hear from one thing then another. I am quoted, and then facepalm when it gets written back to me by another

So yes, I would like to have this resolved with which most people will be happy with.

I don't want this server to be a dictatorship. One person shouldn't make all the decisions. People can be wrong and sometimes need a different perspective. So I would like some sort of system where ideas can be proposed and backed up with reasons, then questioned without fear of being subjugated because of their position. Every idea should be taken in if it can be backed up with reason. And people need to realise their ideas might not be good no matter what you thought.

I see everybody wants the same thing. The betterment of the Lab community. But everyone has their own ways and has gone about it. I would like to work as a community rather than individually on this.

So perhaps a talk on mumble. Or open up a chat in these comments. I'm not sure. But I know working together is a much better idea. And we're all human here.
