Ligma can be contracted in many different ways. Here are a list of things you should do and also try to avoid.
What to do
Wash your keyboard with soap and water as ligma thrives in the crevices on your keyboard.
Stay away from any frozen food.
Do not drink bottled water as companies are poisoning the water and selling the cure, only drink puddle water or tap water.
Don't look at your monitor for longer than 20 minutes at a time.
Only eat microwaved food as the microwave kills all of the ligma particles on the food.
Avoid the colour green at all costs.
