The nine homunculi, consisting of Mother Mikau and her eight creations, or "children", as well as their followers are the shadowy individuals behind the strange events surrounding No-Rules. The conspiracy involves the homunculi, philosopher's stones, Jeff Kaplan, the creation of the video game Overwatch, and a plan several hundred years in the making which consists of consuming God to become the ultimate being.
