150 is ds2 SL meta. Taking part in pvp with huge sl advantage cause of broken matchmaking makes duel unfair by default, high-level pvp has far less build variety (with their strong and weak sides, not mix up of all stats around 99) and huge AGL makes backsteps and rolls far more harder to catch (is fine if it's 150 cause of huge stats investment). I don't want to spend my time on overleveled idiots, I just break their gear using ce script. Consider it as friendly advice to stop stinking around, delete your overleveled char and make new one, or never visit both arenas and never talk ♥♥♥♥ about pvp, u're not connected with it at all
