It is perferred that you can survive any Halo game on legendary (solo), but if you cannot we can train you as a Junior Lancer. Depending on the time frame you join, you may either be trained in Campaign, Firefight, or Matchmaking. The sooner, the better. The more, the merrier. You will go through trials before you can be assigned as a Lancer or Junior Lancer. These trials simply consist of surviving (a Lancer officer will be with you on the Campaign mode on legendary simply to monitor your progress. If you lack skill, you will either be assigned as a Junior or be dropped from the trials). Junior Lancers will not participate in Lancer missions (Campaign playthroughs, Matchmaking groups, or Firefight groups). However, Juniors will be assigned a single mentor and that mentor will train you to become an official Lancer. Once an official Lancer, your abilities increase exponentially. Juniors may also train together, but a Lancer must be able to stand his ground in Campaign on Legendary. This group is for fun, and not intended to be a major pasttime. We simply require you to have fun in our group.
