Kony has moved out of Uganda 6 years ago.
Recently,oil has been found in Uganda.
Shortly after a viral video shows up convincing people to let the USA government do "their thing".
Invisible Children also gives only 31 percent of the charity to the "cause",which would be the Ugandian army. But what can they do if Joseph Kony is not even in Uganda anymore? They cant simply operate in other countries. Besides that,the Ugandian government isnt much better then Kony either. And the USA already has deployed 100 advisors in Uganda,while in the "KONY 2012" video they act like the congress doesnt know anything about Uganda.
