The knights templar were part of the crusader states which had somthing like familes like templars (white and red) antioch(blue and red) and tripoli(purple and white) they had 5 crusades against the turks and eqypt on the first crusade they won on the 2nd they lost on the 3rd king richard captured a few cities and on the 4th they lost and then on the 5th they lost again and the war ended.
