L4D VS Gaming Community for Fun

What is :)KBK:( also Kill or be Killed all about?

* First and foremost we are a community of gamers that believe it is the people in the game itself that makes or breaks the L4D VS experience. We work to foster a great gaming experience for all which encourages others to do the same.

* We believe if gamers are going to commit an hour or more to a VS match it is in everyones interest to have reasonably matched teams. It's not only about who wins or who loses. It's also making sure everyone is having a good time.

* We develop others by example, instruction, sharing of knowledge, and respect. We welcome new comers to the game.

* We want others who see the KBK clan tag to know that person is a team player up for a fun game and feel safe joining a game with that clan.

* There is a time to be serious- there is a time to have fun- best to have both at the same time!

How KBK interacts with the L4D community:
Because this is a Mature rated game- we expect Mature behavior. Racist, sexist, or other character attacks (religious, ect) are not allowed. Leave that to those who think mature means acting that way.

Also because maturity can mean something different to others, offensive or vulgar language, illicit drug, drunk, or sexually related comments, sprays, or discussion is not allowed at any time. Belligerent, coarse attitudes are not conductive to a great gaming atmosphere. KBK asks its members to take maturity to the next level, which is respect. Respect others who might take offense at these non-game related actions. Do what you wish in your own time- own life- but respect others while in KBK. If you do not agree with the rules, no problem, we are not forcing you to join us. You can find yourself another clan that caters to more closely to your ideals.

Clan Rules:
1. KBK are not allowed to “pubstomp” (4 KBK vs 4 random public players). In the event of a mixed KBK/public game everyone is required to go random or to chose teams that are mixed within the lobby. This will greatly reduce the chances of rage quitting by the public players.
2. IN THE EVENT A STACKED TEAM HAS OCCURRED - members are required ONLY ONE TIME DURING THAT CAMPAIGN to try to even the teams. A stacked team can usually be identified by the end of the second map (4th round). If that attempt fails then KBK are not required to try again. A game shouldn’t constantly be interrupted by team changes, unless all agree to attempt again. Someone has to lose- but as long as the game isn’t a blatant unbalance of skill between teams losing can still be fun.
3. Rage Quitting, hacks, map exploits, and griefing are not allowed.
4. You can be banned temp or permanently from KBK
