New eSports team!

All players wishing to try out for the team should message me ASAP, I'll conduct a short interview and then play some games with you. If I think you're right for the team you're performance in the games we play won't matter. If I don't think you're right for the team from the interview I'll still let you play and depending on that, I may offer you a position anyway.

A word of warning, I'll be putting on a poker face for the entire time before you are in the team, this means i'll try to be neutral with you all, not establishing any type of relationship with you as to not cloud my judgement of whether or not I should place you into my team.

However after the contract has been reviewed, I will be a lot more friendly towards you when you're in the team though, so please, try to disregard me being rude during the trial process if I am.
