New Group started for CS:GO

I have started this group to build a network of like minded people. I am looking for people with a variety of skill sets, to come together to play, teach, laugh, inspire one another to player better and to enjoy their online experience more.
I would like to work towards having this as a HUB for player to find people they know will try during a match, give honest and constructive critisim, stay untill match end.

Ya so basicaly i wanna see some people join this and start toinvite their friends and always play as that same group, but alos have the ability to find people of better rank and skill that you are able to lobby up with and learn from them. So say a GN4 gets a request from a SE and says "hey wanna q?" then teh GN4 has the option to go and try to ACTUALLY pass on some advice while they play making them and their fellow crew better. and vice versa....say a GN4 wants to just rape some newbs in S3 crank.....he can request to join a 4 team of S3's and then be matched much lower than normally he would find.... but again they WOULD ALL PLAY BETTER as they all are from the same group and are not "stuck" with a random....

I know this wont go far and ill never have more than 5 people in it but hey, i kinda tried? no.....this was hard and it was all typing on a keyboard....its so strange how my mood is never transfered into the page..unless you some how are feeling the same that instant you read this.......I think im crazy too.
