5. listen to team mates
6. want to improve game
7. be in Oceania Region

This group is for unranked to silver to gnm players.. tired of playing with random team mates who grief, troll, afk, goes toxic and abandon on them.

It's hard enough to get out of silver rank without teaming up with randoms who just don't care about your hard work in game.
