Welcome to the Official Survival Guide to the Steam Store.

Here we offer 3 guides, which are available under the discussions section of this group.

• The Survival Guide: Here I go through and rate all the games that appear on the Steam Store. Handing out Paws of Approval to games I like and throwing games I don't like in the TRASH.
  
• The Visual Novel Guide: Since it is a lot harder to rate visual novels by their quality, here I rate them by their content. Visual Novels are their own section, separate from the main Survival Guide, with their own parameters.
  
• The Developer Guide: If a developer has released enough games, then I will give them a Developer Profile. These Profiles are just a bit of information about the developer, and what you can expect from them.

Note that this is NOT a Curator Group. I felt the Curator System was not capable of doing what I am trying to create here (Basically a sort of wiki of Steam Games)

I basically have 1 rule: My group is not your soap-box. If you try to start drama, your posting privileges may be suspended if things get out of hand, though you are always free to view the guide.

This goes for developers too. Unless I have made a critical error somewhere, do not contact me just because you don't like what I've written about your game. These are just my opinions. You don't have to respect them, but you're going to have to live with them. Trying to coerce me into changing my rating will likely land you a ban, and possibly a report for harassment to Valve Staff if things get bad enough. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but there has been shady developers going around harassing users for leaving negative comments about their games, and I WILL defend myself if you try to pull that crap on me.

In addition to the above, I also have an EXTREMELY low tolerance to discrimination of any kind. So if I see any of that kind of crap on here, I WILL ban you.
