No Wipe until Forced

Since there is so few of us right now, and we know that an impending forced wipe is coming, I will hold off on wiping the map until the forced wipe.

That being said I have some changes I will be making at the next wipe.

Z-Levels --> make the levels mean more, and nerf so it isn't 8x at the top level. I will probably make it at most 4x at the top level, less xp per hit, and the multiplier will increase less at rank-up. The crafting level could see an overhaul or be eliminated because we already are half craft.

QuickSmelt --> overall, i'm not happy with how this changes the game. Smelting is too quick. I will likely eliminate. This will make producing end game weapons and explosives a little harder.

Random Skins --> There has been some concern raised with the random skins plugin. People try to make clothing and have to recraft a couple times because the clothing they crafted stands out in the wild. If there is growing concern, this will be eliminated. I may try to find a way to eliminate certain skins from the randomizer or eliminate random skins for clothing all together. We'll see.

Heli --> There has been some growing concern here too. Since there is so few people on the heli has targeted people who mean no harm multiple times. It has been requested to change the heli's targeting. After research, I found that this isn't possible. However, I can alter the damage the heli does to someone, and I can change whether it carries rockets. If there is more concern, I will nerf this as well. We'll see.

EVENT!!! --> I want to incorporate an event somehow. I think the event does a great job of bringing the server together, and if nothing else will give us some more much needed PvP on an otherwise uninhabited server. There are two things wrong with this:

1. I was able to fool around with this when I had the server up the first time and it was wonky.. Spawned people outside the arena, despawned things on peoples bodies after the game concluded, and it takes a lot of time to setup after a wipe. It seems like more headaches than its worth.
   
2. I can't come up with a fair, and not OP, award for the winner of the game. I think end game weapons are too much, while beginning game weapons are just going to get thrown away by some. Also, the management system in which the game manager uses for these awards is not very customizable and also takes more management.

Ultimately, we'll see.
