We made it to the Steam Next Fest Top Played Demo!

Hello Generals,

Valve just dropped the official recap for the June 2026 Steam Next Fest, and thanks to you, the Kingdom Rush Genesis Demo made it to the Top 20 Most-Played Demos! Over 94,000 Generals played over the course of just one week. Thank you for answering the call like you did!

What's next for the Demo?

We added 2 extra stages, 2 new game modes and 1 more tower. If you haven't tried it already, you can update now to keep playing the new content!
We'll leave it up for a while longer so you can continue playing for a while. Enjoy!
Add Kingdom Rush Genesis to your Wishlist! It helps us a bunch to get more visibility on Steam, and lets you know the second the game releases on September 24th.

The battlefield's been busy lately. Tons of you have been jumping into the demo during Steam Next Fest, and we've loved reading your comments about what's clicking for you. Thank you!

If you had a good time, leave a review on Steam. It sounds small, but it helps us more than you know: reviews help more people discover the game and give us real feedback to improving Genesis for the release on September 24th. A single line is more than enough.

The demo is still live, so if you haven't played it yet, there's still time. And if you've already conquered it… you know where to leave your mark.

Genesis looks extremely promising and awesome, the release date is really far away but I believe every day and hour is worth it for a more polished experience. Been playing your games since being 8 yrs old and Im a huge fan. Anyways goodluck making Genesis and make it even more awesome. Also as a sidenote I loved the old UI so if some Ironhide dev sees this I hope they consider changing it back to the OG one. Love yall

I was wondering about the pricing, The MENA region have the same prices as the USA while let us say for example Japan and Kuwait have cheaper prices. they should really give that a look

Legends of Kingdom Rush game is really good, and I hope they release a DLC or a sequel.
