Another thing is dont become stressted or angry in situations, make the best of everything u do, always be happy and good things happen. u can say "oo i tryed satying positive, and nothing good is happening so im angry now." well that means ur not being postivite. it means ur slowly getting angryer every time u have a false expectation.

Having a negitive aditude is the worst additude u can have it effect everyone around you so stay postive.
