Welcome to the official steam group of the International Realism. This idea was born in 2015 by myself Jakub (former Rikkert) and took place three times at the end of that same year.

HOW IT WORKS ?

Nothing change here from basic rules of realism. The difference is simply that you play for your own country or the neighboor one. Two countrys, even with a lot of members, cannot battle each other.

WHICH COUNTRIES ARE REPRESENTING ?

Day of Defeat:Source still represent a large community, even she falled down a bit down because of the years. However, we are able to make country groups like this:

CURRENT TEAMS -

Team France (France, Belgium, Switzerland)
Team Germany (Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein)
Team USA (United States & Canada)
Team Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland)
Team Spain (Spain, Portugal, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, etc.)
Team Scandinavia (Norway, Finland, Sweden, Danemark)
Team Rest of the World (India, Russia, Greece, Poland, Romania, etc.)

WHEN THIS WILL HAPPEN ?

This project needs time and organisation. First, we have to find out a lot of DOD:S's player to have this group full and put players on their groups of countries. However, he will not start until July, at least to make sure everything is working fine.

Hello guys,

That's been a while that you didn't have some news about this project. Even if I'm a bit inactive on Steam, that is not the main reason of that title.

To be honest, the game is getting older but everybody know that. Since the summer, I saw that we lost a lot of players of the community of DOD:S. In my opinion, we don't have so much people ready for that event of International Realism but also active, which is necesary to pratice and make scrims.

So this is why I wanna inform you that this project will not appear, only if DOD:S got a new game or version (we never know) or a cousin of the game. I'm really sorry about this because I trust in the project but we have to admit that, in 2019, it's too late for that kind of things on the game.

Of course, you are free to use that idea to other games but please inform me before using that, thank you.

Don't worries, this group will still open.

Steam Group of the Expanded Five Teams

Good evening everyone,

After having formalized the Big Three teams with the Steam groups, now place the teams of the Expanded Five:

- Team English
- Team German
- Team Hispanic
- Team Scandinavia
- Team Rest of the World

To join them, nothing more simple: click on the link of your team, ask to join, and then a member of the staff will treat your request as soon as possible to verify that you come from the good country.
