Better Matchmaking for All CS:GO Players

ICSMM aims to remove the aspect of getting a bad team when solo-queueing. Because of the new group-queue features added on November 28, it's possible to only play with people from this steam group. Users proven to be hackers, smurfs, griefers etc. will be banned from the group and consequently blocked from joining the group's public queues.
