Dear Players,
We’re happy to share a big update that will come soon in all Empire 2027 games.
This one brings new modes, deeper strategy, and plenty of quality-of-life improvements.

What’s New:
🛸 1. UFO Invasion: Global Catastrophe Mode
Face an otherworldly crisis with unique events and high-stakes decisions.

🧠 2. Ultimate Strategy Mode
Experience maximum realism in warfare and economics.
Military production is no longer instant—it’s limited by your country’s Army Upkeep tech.
Buying weapons from other nations now subtracts from their actual inventory, making the global arms trade truly strategic.
Also, in case of war, GDP will decrease by 1% every month for both countries.

👁️ 3. Spectator Mode
Set global relations and alliances, then sit back, skip X turns, and watch the world go to war.

🧟 4. Zombie Mode Overhaul
Tougher, smarter, and more engaging—expect higher difficulty and new twists.

🗳️ 5. Presidential Elections Mode
You can only rule for 4 years. Afterwards, based on your leadership results, the AI will decide if you can serve another 4-year term.

🤝 6. Alliances Rework
A new Alliances screen packed with options, including an Alliance bank and more collaborative tools.

🤖 7. New AI Options
Simulate Leader Chat with AI: Allows you to simulate a chat with any leader in the world.
Simulate Mediate Peace Plan with AI: Simulate peace negotiations with AI during an ongoing war. If successful, the warring nations will make peace.

🔬 8. New Technologies
* Mines (Invasion Defense): Up to 20% of invading forces can be damaged.
* Anti-Mines (10 levels): Each level reduces mine hit chance by 10%.
* Bunkers: Reduce air-strike damage by 50%.

Very Expensive Technologies
* Quantum Computers: Allows you to see the force status of all countries.
* Command Network: Each level gives a 10% bonus to army effectiveness.
* Logistics Network: Determines how many countries you can conquer (available only in Ultimate Strategy Mode).

⛓️ 9. Prisoners of War & Prisoner Exchange
Added system for capturing and exchanging prisoners during conflicts.

🌐 10. United Nations
New resolution options:
* We demand to ban Country X from the United Nations (The target country will be banned for 12 turns, cannot vote or send requests)
* We demand to disarm the ballistic capabilities of Country X (If accepted, all ballistic missiles of the target country will be disarmed)
* We demand to establish a No-Fly Zone over Country X (If accepted, all jets and helicopters of the target country cannot be used for 6 turns)
* We demand to impose financial sanctions on Country X (If accepted, the target country’s tax income will be reduced by 50% for 3 turns.)

🤫 11. New Spy Options
* Disrupt Communication: If successful, the target country cannot perform any war actions for 3 turns.
* Infiltrate War Room: If successful, the target country’s battle success rate is reduced by 20% for 3 turns.
* Bribe General: If successful, up to 40,000 troops will defect and join the rebels in the target country.
* Turn Key Scientist: If successful, a top scientist in the target country defects to you, bringing advanced technology your country does not possess.

✍️ 12. New Diplomacy Options
* Protection from Ballistic Pact: When signed, both countries use their anti-ballistic missiles jointly to protect each other.
* Demand Tribute: Demand tribute payments from the target country.
* Military Base Treaty: Allows you to use your air force from allied bases to strike neighboring countries.
* United Nations Pact: When signed, the countries agree to vote for each other in the United Nations.

📈 14. Updated many countries' armies, relations, and economies based on real-world data.

🛠️ 15. Fixed reported issues and continued to improve the Artificial Intelligence.
