ArmA 3 Home World Securty StarGate themed group.

We play ArmA 3 (and other games) as a group focusing primarily on a StarGate Theme.

We have two units as part of our group. The first is the StarGate (SG) teams who primarily operate off world through the StarGate and the second is the HomeWorldSecurity (HWS) forces who's role is to protect the Earth from extra terrestrial threats on planet.

Our timeline is alternate reality based 30 years after the end of StarGate Season 1 where the Goa'uld were successful in attacking Earth and destroyed the StarGate from orbit.

Once the Goa'uld believed the StarGate had been destroyed they left assuming the threat from the SGC against them had been neutralised however the gate wasn't destroyed and was recovered by the airforce and put into storage in Area 51.

The senate decided to shut down any off world activity in an attept to prevent further action against Earth from the Goa'uld.

30 years later the StarGate activated in Area 51 and the Tok'ra came through.

It was decided that an international group should be set up and the StarGate program restarted on an international level. The StarGate was moved to a remote military training facility called Dagger Island and new members were recruited from a number of miltaries around the world to create a new Home World Security program and StarGate Center.
