DOTA 2 & LOTRO gaming group

Okay so just some ideas to help us get better since last night was aweful.
1. http://www.mobacounter.com/dota/ this website is our best friend. It tells us who is best agains who and who is weakest against who. Last night Bamgat said he would check out the other team to see what we are up against so I have given him the job of finding the best counters for the other teams picks.
2.Monday Wednesday Friday and Saturday are our team games. We start whenever the whole team is on and play untill we have to go. However Tuesday and Thursday we will have practaice matches against unfair bots (they are the hardest bot setting on the game and if we dont play smart we will be destroyed).
3.Now obviously I probobly shouldnt be the team captain since I am not MVP or the best on the team. So after we win our first team game Whoever had the highest kill death assist score will become team captain.
4. I was thinking about it and just so we can communicate better in team matches voice calls will only be going on with your lane member during the game. So for example the 2 top heros are on voice chat together and the 2 bottom lanes are on voice chat together, mid however will be on voicechat with us all so that he can communicate with everyone.
5. Lastly as you know we are one team member short since we kicked panda boy (he is still in the group just not on the team unless someone else cant make it) so we need one more team member who is; fun to play with, smart, has a mic, and is capable of playing a wide variety of heros.
