1 HOUR TILL HOSTILE INTENT! (3 PM EST)

WE WILL BE PLAYING HOSTILE INTENT IN 1 HOUR!

THERE IS A NEW STEP TO SETTING HALF-LIFE TO LEGACY VERSION!!!

In a few weeks, I will put up a server for Hostile Intent 1.6. I will keep the server up for a few hours before shutting it down.

I'm going to include all the details you need for everything here.

12 PM PST / 3 PM EST / 9 PM CEST

WHERE
We will use my server hosted on my computer. I am located in California. We tested it tonight and the server shows up in the server browser when I am hosting it.

HOW LONG
I'll probably keep my server up for 3 hours.

HOW DO I PLAY?

1. Download "Half-Life" on steam.
   
   
2. In your steam library, right click "Half-Life", go to Betas, set it to "steam_legacy - Pre-25th Anniversary Build". Let it download this version.
   
   
3. Download (wait to install) "Hostile Intent 1.6 Full install" AND "Hostile Intent 1.6 - Missing Nvidia Files" from https://www.moddb.com/mods/hostile-intent/downloads.
   
   
4. Navigate to your "Half-Life" folder where you installed the game. It should look something like this " C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life".
   
   
5. Install "Hostile Intent 1.6 Full Install" to that "...\Half-Life" folder.
   
   
6. After installing Hostile Intent 1.6, now unzip the Missing Nvidia Files. It should be two files. Put those two files in the "Half-Life" folder. Do NOT put them in the Hostile Intent folder.
   
   
7. Restart Steam
   
   
8. You should now have "Hostile Intent 1.6" in your steam library. Launch the game. Turn down the volume (like every other game). Switch the video into wide screen and you can get it to 1920x1080. Boom. You're good. Now just wait until August 17th to play with us!
