HGaming

Everything began in the area of Turku. Turku might not be as well known today, but it's the oldest city of Finland, founded in the 13th century, and has long been the most important city as well, as it's the former capital of Finland. The year was 2011, a small group of grown-ups with too much spare time and similar interest decided to get together. People with former knowledge in Commodore 64 upgraded their equipment to the latest technology and decided to plug their ethernet cables and play in the same local area network. At that time the venue was hosted in the living room of one of our founding member, called Hylsy. The experience was huge and everybody wanted more, more people with gaming backgrounds and interest got interested. More and more people wanted to join this unknown community. We had to answer to the buzz which was heard through the grapevine. More and more events were organised, every one of them were sold out and unfortunately all the interested attenders couldn't participate. In 2018 the main posse decided to take the community to a whole new level. HGaming was founded and it became an official association.

Today our community has over 100 members and our goal is to keep doing what we do best, to offer unique experience through our events. In addition to our events we also want to focus and develop our own eSports section. The eSports competitive video gaming market is one of the hottest topics in current gaming world and the industry keeps on growing. We hope to see our first HGaming teams compete in games such as Counter-Strike global offensive, Overwatch, Defence Of The Ancients 2 (Dota 2), League of legends, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) and Starcraft II.
