Member Interaction

Due to a severe lacking of players in the group interacting or even being online a written warning is being instated to everyone:

• Minimum of one game played with the crew a week, this can include weekends.
  
  
• Not offline for more than 21 days straight without a reason; this includes a valid reason upon returning as members who violate the offline rule will be placed in quarantine until they return to explain. (This is to account for issues where the person is unable to reach their computer for awhile).
  
  
• Make an effort to come up with fun events/games to promote group cohesion. There will be monthly competitions for best idea and another for months best member; reward will be a random game or random in-game item for a game the member plays. (Admins are ineligible).
  
  
• There will also be aknowledgment for the worst member of the group each month with a random punishment.

Remember everyone, we play video games, the entire point is to HAVE FUN. Even when that match or round isn't going well we each need to take a breath and remember that this hobby that we adapted into a lifestyle is all about having fun and relaxing. It isn't supposed to add stress to our lives.






*Punishments and rewards will be truly random, some examples of each will be posted soon. The method for determining each will be a program written by me with numbers assigned to each reward and each punishment, a random number generator will be incorporated into the program that will be responsible for picking. This is to eliminate bias and to add fun.
