For those of you that are new, Payday has a dlc concept in which everyone can play all the heists but the host has to own the dlc. If you aren't planning on playing very much, don't pick up the mission dlcs. BUT, Gage Weapon Pack #1 is almost a must have (at 0.99 right now) because it lets you carry grenades.
