We want to establish a working roman republic with its internal, economic and private issues which finally destroyed it. Going in the time of the obvious division between plebs and aristocrats, between the senate and the people of Rome.
No other faction are played here, no tribes from gaul, no greeks - only Romans and the focus shall be on Roma, the city, the heart of the ancient world. I hope you enjoy your time here.

Salve Roleplayer.

You have made your way into the sacred halls of the Senate, where one of the greatest cultures of all times was ruled from. Demagogues, reformers, madman, geniuses ... many moved over the doorstep and changed the world.
Do you want to follow their example?
This is an acnient roleplay, focussing on the Roman Republic. The social, the cultural and the political aspects are what we seek to simulate here. When a single man rises to one of the most prestigous positions in this empire, when a single man succeeds where others fail. This shall be a very competitve roleplay, because otherwise the system is not working. You have to be better than your next to reach the next ladder on the way to the top.
Will you be able to do it?
Unlike most Roman Roleplays we do not want to focus on Rome in the ancient world, no other factions can be played as here, military is an aspect of importance, but not of highest. Knowledge about Rome and its meander of politics are most important.

So if you are interested to take over the role of a roman citizen, sign up! Like always a roleplay can have tons of information, but the players make it special.
