On March 2007, Viacom has made a $1 Billion dollar lawsuit to Youtube and other Youtube-related companies, such as Google. Yes, your old friend google.
This "Judge Stanton" has forced Youtube to give every single little byte of website user information to Viacom. Which, like a said, includes:
