Prevent hacking of accounts, Invite your friends and spread the word!

help people not get their steam accounts hacked. I have seen 3 people get hacked recently and wish to help stop it, so thats where (HUG) comes in.

first off, if you get a chat message from somthing like system or a so called steam official, it is most likely (if not always) someone trying to hack you. this is especialy true with sites giving out a free game on steam.

also its a fake steam site most of the time if it leads you to somewhere out of steam (in other words, if the pop up warning you you are going away from the site shows up, it is most likely a fake site).

In the case that you do get hacked, and the hacker uses your account to hack more, you MUST do 2 things
1. make sure to change your password, and fast. If you dont, then you might lose your account forever to the hacker. and change it to somthing brand new, long, one that you can remeber, and one that has no relation to the old one.
2. Make sure all your friends are informed. if they fall for a trick, then this process will be repeated. this then makes it harder for us to end the chain. if people dont get hacked, then the chain comes to an end.

this is what hackers will use your profile for at first. tempt you with free games that are popular during that time. so if you see somthing of this like, DONT USE IT!!!!
AND SPREAD THE AWARENESS BY INVITING YOUR FRIENDS!!!!!

Let me explain somthing because even with this group you guys seem clueless. You guys are talking about accounts getting phished, witch if you have a decent anti-virus it can tell you the page is web forgery and its fake.
There is a slim amount of ways for them to hack you without getting it phised, other possible ways might include the cracking program brutus, witch has over 4.9 million possible passwords. If your password is creative enough, you should not need to worrie.
