Using a website called random.org a computer genrates a random number.

-=What is a TF2 Raffle/giveaway?
Raffles: An event in which a ceartain amount of TF2 currency such as SCRAP metal is paid to enter the draw for a unique TF2 ITEM (Hats,Strange,Vintage,Genuine)
Giveaways: An event were i myself giveaway an item and or items away to a group member.
