An Invitation-Only Generic Group for Players Who Don't Totally Suck at DST

This is a Steam Group that can be used to collect and identify players who aren't completely awful at the game "Don't Starve Together".

The Group can be used to control access to hosted game servers to facilitate a higher level of play and filter out the rubbish players.

The Group can be used for players to identify and socialize with each other.

There is no strict requirements for who can join, but the basic rule of thumb is that players should be able to drop into a new world and consistently survive the first year by themselves.

Anyone promoted has permission to invite others. If you have been promoted, you are encouraged to pass along invitations to anyone you meet who seems to qualify, even just random people you've only met once in a public game. This is not a group intended to be kept small, it is a group intended to grow as large as possible.

The Group is created with playstyle "Cooperative" in mind and without PvP, but the group is equally applicable to other playstyles and to PvP as well. If you are able to enjoy playing with PvP on, you probably already qualify for this group.

Here's some EXAMPLES of the players we want to AVOID:

* Players who kill themselves by eating large amounts of raw Monster Meat

* Players who drop into a server and sit at the portal and complain because nobody will come lead them to base

* Players who eat all the raw ingredients out of the Ice Box without ever understanding what a Crock Pot does

* Players who consistently set their own entire base on fire

* Players who join the server, get to base, grab all the items, craft some stupid ♥♥♥♥, and immediately quit the server
