Competitive dueling bracket for DSIII on PC!

I saw that PS4 users had a dueling bracket, and as such wanted to give those on PC a bracket as well. I've sat on it, and I think I've come up with a decent rule set for the duels.

Rules:
1) No estus or healing miracles during the fight. This includes resplendant light, (Using a regenerative miracle before the fight starts is okay. Sun princess ring, and other such items that heal, as well as buffs that heal are okay. Just don't use healing miracles or estus during the fights themselves.)
2)SL-125 maximum.
3)You can challenge anyone above your rank, up to two ranks above you. This can be done via a PM, and you can get another member (or myself) to act as a referee for the duels. Give up to three days for a reply, if they don't respond in that time period, I will attempt to contact them, giving them an additional day. Afterwards, they'll be sent back to the bottom of the list.
4) Those that are booted for inactivity will be given one chance to fight whomever is at their rank for their spot back upon their return, and one chance only. If they fail, they stay at the bottom rung and will have to fight their way back. Also, there is a cool down on how often a certain person can be challenged if they retain their rank. Once they've been challenged three times in a rank (assuming they've held it) with confirmation from them, and the three they've beaten, I will put a "cooldown" notice on them until the following monday of the next week.
5) The fights for rank are to whomever wins three rounds first.
6) You may only use one character per challenge, multiple weapons and changing of spells/buffs is fine.
7) This is a kind of "no ♥♥♥♥" rule, but still, so it can't be said it isn't the in the rules, no cheating of any kind. No unlimited stamina, health, or any of that other shenanigans. If evidence is brought forth that you did indeed cheat, you'll be stripped of your rank on the ladder, and banned from participating in it any further permenantly.
That's the rule set I've conducted so far. I will make changes and amendments as the situations dictate.
