Welcome, and Congratulations on joining the elite 21st Nova Corps.

The regiment is comprimised of troopers, heavies, medics and the two sub regiments.

Frost Company: Elite sniper troopers, only the best marksman can join. LCPL to join
Spec-Ops: The hardest job to join, armed with flamethrowers, spec-op troopers can deal with almost anything. CPL to join (ranks will be bumped up when more people are in the regiment)

Due to the elite level of GM, there are some strict rules in place. For instance:
1: Never be disrespecful, offensive in any way to other players or staff on the server.

2: ALWAYS remain at a professional standard just because others mess around doesn't mean you do. (You can joke etc. just don't be offensive or failrp)

3: Always follow orders from higher ranks unless they're completely insane or benign. Use initative.

4: If you're inactive for more than 3 days without a valid reason you'll be removed from GM.

Rank expectations:
LT: You are expected to host regular trainings, and can give promotion marks up to CPL (cant hand out promotions, only marks)

CPT: You are expected to host regular trainings, and can give promotion marks up to 2LT (can promote up to SGT). You may also host independant tryouts, after being spectated by a Major, to see you can host one correctly.

MJR: Expected to host trainings, Can give promotion marks up to CPT (can promote up to LT). Expected to host tryouts when needed.

WHEN HOSTING A TRYOUT, YOU MUST ADD THEM TO THE STEAM GROUP AND ADD THEM TO THE MEMBER TRACKING.
