About Us:

The purpose of gRain is to allow like-minded players who enjoy playing as a team to come together to get away from the woes of MM solo que hell. In the future we will also be participating in FACEIT and CEVO with ESEA somewhere on the horizon.

We only accept players who can match our skill level and positive attitude so as to break out of the mold that many teams fall into (accepting lower skill levels that create weak links). We are here to have fun and win matches.

Requirements:

-Age 18 or older (no exceptions)
-Quality Mic
-Stable Connection
-NA located
-Able to play/practice Tues,Wed,Thurs and afternoons after 6pm CST
-At least MGE ranking with over 500 hours (exceptions made for returning players after tryout)
-Proper system setup (no 13-inch macs please)
-Non-toxic only
-Must be willing and able to play as a team and follow IGL instructions
-Be able to maintain yourself in game (ie: no juan deags with $4300 when down 10-4)

NOTE: There are 10 positions so as to always have the best possible chance to have a full 5 man que. With that being said there is a 1st and 2nd string based upon skill and attitude. 1st string will always have first access to spots in the que and may remove a 2nd string player from que upon logging in.

If you are 2nd string and get approval from Triple OG, you can challenge a player in 1st string for his spot. The challenge will consist of a 1v1 in pistol (usp-s), awp, and rifle (ak-47). Highest score takes (or remains in) the 1st string spot. Each player on second string can use this challenge once every 2 weeks.

Your privilege to exercise this challenge can be denied by Triple OG based upon factors that also play a major part in the game (ie: lack of game sense etc.)

Rules:

-No toxicity of any kind
-Try to stay positive
-Don't give up. Use losing as a means to get better.
-Do everything you can to make yourself better (watch vids, learn smokes, watch demos etc.)
-Treat every member with respect no matter what
