Notes
1. Do no harm. Unless you are a hybrid medic, of course. Or a battle medic... Actually, do harm to anyone that harms your pants-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesomeness. Unless you're primarily healing.

2. Syringe guns are more powerful then thought. Anyone who doesn't believe in friendship and medicine shall be injected with some lethal injections. Bonus points if you taunt right after.

3. Bonesaw is the essence of humiliation. Close in on someone with a bonesaw if you want to humiliate them with that kill.

4. Stock uber is great in most situations. Really, you can't go wrong with invulnerability, though you can with crits or ♥♥♥♥♥♥ lack of knockback.

5. MEDICINE! Promise to heal that guy, betray him, then slap him with some needles. Unless he's a teammate, then you heal him.
