Looking For Server to Host Event Night

Hey guys,
I was thinking of having a group party night where we launch some stuff into the stratosphere. But we need a server. And an admin that will help us (majority of server admins don't support screwing around and having fun unfortunately). So, if you have any ideas on a server, please tell us! And also, tell us when would be the best time for you guys for that party night!
