Fluc eSports doesn't tolerate crying, whining, being rude, negativity, or anything else that brings a team or its members down.

If you can't get along with other members of the group (even if its just 1 person) you will be asked to leave the team. It is nothing personal, but Smoogle & Peep have been working / playing together, and working on this team and its future success for a long time. We dont want to have negative influences, and toxcicity brought into this team.

We are always open to new ideas, suggestions, concerns, or any input that may help the team out. Do not be afraid to speak your mind, or suggest trying something out. Just dont be offended if we decide against the idea.
