@Moulich I don't think you can buy it anywhere else, there are some dodgy sites that sell cheaper russian keys, but I wouldn't recommend them. If you can't afford it now, you can wait for it to go on sale again. Just add it to your wishlist and steam will send you an email if it goes on sale.
