everyone may post a anouncement once every 2 hours its like facebook just with limits. if you break those limits you will be kicked.

3:00 - 3:15
rules
spam only on fridays at 3:00 - 3:15.

Rules:
1. only one anouncement per 2 hours
2. no posting anything bout you selling stuff
3. keep the anouncements clean
4. no spamming in chatroom (only on friday)
