I know this may sound insane, but I think there might be some way to attack with the Farron Greatsword that doesn't use the L1 button. This is just a theory, but I believe using the R1 button may result in a light attack, similar to the one-handed light attacks of other Ultra Greatswords. I don't have any proof to back this up, but my data suggests that it may be possible.
