A team of CS:GO players who are sick of being in Silver rank

In a CS:GO update a few months ago, the ranking system was modified and, as a result, many players who were in gold or even higher ranks would derank once every match they played, regardless of whether they won or lost. Most players caught by this update were sent all the way down to silver 1. Silver is full of noobs, people who won't use mics, people who have no team skills, and it's generally just cancer.
"Escape The Silvers" is a group of players who want to get the ♥♥♥♥ out of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rank, and start actually enjoying playing CS:GO again.

Frequent events will be scheduled, and as per the way competitive works, there will only be 5 slots for the events. We will be going by UTC+8 time, which is the timezone for Western Australia and surrounding states and countries.
