Windows XP *insert pun*

I don't mention it ever, probably because it is just a continued reality, but I figured I should say something about how good Windows XP continues to be. I use it almost every day, for everything from random research, to note taking, to checking email. As you may or may not know, Steam will cease to have support for the native Steam program come January 1st. Seeing as I have two accounts on the PC and I mainly use the one that does not have the Steam program, the update came as quite the unwelcome surprise.

So let me say this: should you have Steam installed on your XP machine, and you haven't updated the program already, do not let it update. You can continue to play your games in Offline Mode, and while you won't have access to the online features of the game, they will work a whole lot better than nothing. Nothing, what you will have if you update your program.
