Purpose of the group

The purpose of this group is to populate the eG gMod server when it needs it.

Set the time of the notification to now

User: Sole purpose is to populate the server when they can.

Moderator: Populates server and is allowed to send out the "Server Needs Population" notification.
Recommended that as many as possible are put in to this rank or higher to allow sufficient coverage throughout the day.

Officer: Able to mess with forums and whatever regulations in the group.
Likely will end up just being a formality, considering its purpose isn't really needed.
Rank is reserved for those that deserve owner but can't be given it due to the limit of only one owner. (eG Superadmins, owners and other higher ups)
Officers will be have all the same permissions as owner, as are possible.

Owner: Just whoever made the group, is the guy that gave out the initial ranks.
