Welcome to DayZ Player Group

This is the DayZ player group for players who own DayZ and even for those who have never heard of it. The purpose of this is to set up a community of DayZ players where they can discuss the game, post videos and inform the community of upcoming updates and news. We plan to have a tutorial for new players and I am currently looking for some moderators to help get this started. This is in no way affiliated with any of the creators of Dayz or any of the Arma games.

As those of you hae probably noticed, DayZ has brought out another patch a couple of Days ago. This has notobly been made the game harder with the starting gun and flares being removed, as well as food and water. Personally I think this is to hard. It seems that the zombies have been tuned down in the sense that you can lose them, unlike before, however according to some players they can spot you a lot easier. Some of the glitches are game breakers such as when refilling your water canteen, you can sometimes lose your items. This should be priority for the team as well as at least brining back your canteen and one food item. On that note food and water seem to need a lot more attention. What do you think should be added, fixed or taken away.
