tl;dr, We're all allied in MGS5 so lets pool our resources to destroy our enemies

This group is intended to organize concentrated retaliation efforts on enemies of our FOBs in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

Members of this group are all allied with each other in game, and can make announcements to the group. These announcements amount to 'Hey everyone, the target just went offline! Less likely to be defending his base!' so we can all get him at once. Make him regret it.
