Group to play Dota 2 competitively without beiong a pro

A thought came to my head when one of my friends said that he played TF2 competitively all the time. So why not Dota 2? Here, I will host Dota 2 competitions once in a while. If it seems to become popular I will probably host more. How it will work is:
1. You will get a 5-man party and find an opponent with 4 other friends to play against.
2. Contact me via PM
3. Submit an entry fee (this will go as the prize for the team that wins)
4. Me or one of my friends will set up a lobby at a time you choose (if available)
5. We will give you the password
6. See who wins
7. Winner gets loot and bragging rights
Seems simplae and a great way to see if you or your friends are better. If you do find a lot of your friends want to play this way for Dota 2, tell them to join this group.

To become one just comment here. I will ask you what times you are normally on in your time zone so you can create a game for me if I am not on. For example:
I normally play on weekends.
I stay on during __AM to __PM in ______ time zone
I will be willing to do this without any payment.
I will message your profile about the team that won and always Steam Offer the items to you to turn into rewards.
Basically if you agree/tell to these terms, your boom one of the big guys.

YOU WILL GET ADVANTAGES
for example:
cutting in queue to a competition
bribing me into a spot in the semi finals for a tournament
getting free rewards mattering on how many private lobbies you help me host
