A new Total War game suggestion

Technology helps the development of buildings, ways of rule, orientation and weapons. Culture helps spreading the fame of your faction and helps the development of buildings too. These elements are together in this game.
Let me tell you what you can do for new in the game:
-More spaces for a technology search, this means you will be able to search more than one technology in a single period;
-The time of the search of a technology depends on the faction's culture (If you have 10% of culture you will spend 10 turns researching but if you have 75% you take only 2/3 turns)
-To construct a bulding it's better to have more culture rate, so that the population knows how to build it. (If you conquer a tribal village, the population will have difficulty to build the building you want to build)
-Culture can be increased by the agent ARTIST
-Technology can be increased by the SEARCHER, a general, or a specific building.
-Some units can only be recruited in provinces that have the specific rate of culture (To recruit the conquistadores of Spain you need to have a rate of 70% of culture in your province)
-The types of culture are:
-South European Culture (Portugal, Spain, Italian Kingdoms);
-North European Culture (England, France, Holy Roman Empire);
-Middle Eastern Culture (Ottoman Empire, Persia);
-North African Culture (Moors);
-Tribal Culture (Zulus, Benin Empire);
-Indian Culture;
-South American Culture (Aztecs, Mayans, etc)
